Associate Attorney

we are a Professional Law Corporation is a prestigious Law firm located in Costa Mesa, California. Practicing in a multidisciplinary fashion in the fields of Civil Litigation, Real Estate Law, Family Law and Criminal Defense and other litigation and non-litigation matters. We are celebrating our 20th year as a firm and are in growth mode, looking to expand our litigation team.

We are currently seeking to add a full time associate attorney, 0-6 years of experience in civil litigation, criminal law and/or family law preferred.
The attorney will primarily be reporting and working directly with the managing partner who primarily works in Civil Litigation, Family and Criminal Law.
Bilinguality is a positive.
A partnership track is available for highly motivated associates who want ultimately to achieve real equity ownership, rather than phantom titles without ownership that other firms dangle.
The ideal candidate should ideally have experience drafting discovery, pleadings, dispositive motions, and trial preparation. Admission to and familiarity with US District Court litigation is helpful. Excellent writing and research skills are required. Training and supervision are provided with room for growth for competitive candidates. This is a great mentoring opportunity. Immediate Courtroom experience offered and direct contact with clients. You will be doing real lawyer work from Day One.
