Texas Licensed Attorney – Creditor’s Rights (Remote)
We are seeking a Texas-licensed Attorney with 5+ years of experience in creditor’s rights litigation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience handling collections, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and related creditor-side matters. Experience with title issues and/or bankruptcy proceedings is highly preferred.
Qualifications:
Active Texas bar license
5+ years of creditor’s rights experience
Experience with litigation, motion practice, and court appearances
Knowledge of bankruptcy and/or title matters preferred
Additional federal or multi-state licensure is a plus
Compensation:
$100,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience and jurisdictions licensed in.
