CNC Machinist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with expertise in operating Haas CNC Mills, including 5-axis milling. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, programming, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of machining processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Duties:
• Operate Haas CNC Mills with proficiency in 5-axis milling to manufacture complex components.
• Set up CNC machines by installing tools, fixtures, and programming parameters based on technical drawings and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Monitor machining operations for quality and precision, making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
• Inspect finished parts using measurement tools to verify conformance with quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following safety protocols.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements:
• Proven experience operating Haas CNC Mills,3, 4 & 5-axis milling applications.
• Strong understanding of CNC programming, setup, and operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints.
• Knowledge of machining tools, fixtures, and measurement instruments.
• Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality parts.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
• Commitment to safety procedures and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine shop environment is preferred.
