A well-established law firm in Doylestown, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, specializing in matrimonial and family law matters, is seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney. The firm provides legal representation to clients throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties and has extensive litigation experience.

Role Description

The attorney will handle a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, support, and related legal issues. Responsibilities will include:

Drafting pleadings, legal documents, and settlement agreements

Conducting legal research

Managing discovery and responding to discovery requests

Reviewing and analyzing financial documents

Representing clients in court and other legal proceedings

Providing thoughtful, strategic legal advice throughout each stage of a case

Managing a caseload from intake through resolution

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

3–5 years of Family Law experience

Excellent written, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to independently manage a caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution

Familiarity with local courts and legal practices in Bucks and Montgomery Counties is preferred

Compensation

$100,000 – $180,000 per year
