Law Firm Operations Coordinator - Manager Track (Korean/English Bilingual)

We are looking for someone to learn law firm operations and grow into our Operations Manager. Working directly with the Managing Attorney, you will start with client communication, scheduling, billing, and records, then take on staff coordination and broader office operations as you grow.
Responsibilities
Respond to client inquiries, schedule consultations, and follow up
Send invoices and track receivables
Organize records and support daily office operations
As you grow: coordinate staff work, improve processes, and support marketing

Qualifications
Fluent Korean and advanced English (email, phone, business documents)
Organized, accurate, and reliable in following through
No experience required; office, customer service, or professional services experience is a plus

Compensation and benefits
$30–$35 per hour based on relevant experience and skills; overtime eligible
401(k) retirement plan after one year of employment; paid sick leave
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Performance review at 90 days
