Execute Daily Outbound Sprints: Place 50–75 focused dials daily using our built-in CRM dialer (approx. 2 hours of call time per day, 5 days per week) targeting structured Smart Lists.
5-Minute Speed-to-Lead Response: Maintain on-call availability during daylight hours (8:00 AM – 8:00 PM) to connect with new inbound leads and AI-triggered "hand-raisers" within 5 minutes.
Pipeline Management: Utilize automated workflows and Smart Lists in Sierra Interactive to track client progress, schedule follow-ups, and manage lead status.
7-Day New Lead Monitoring: Keep an eye on incoming push notifications—even on designated rest days—to ensure zero missed opportunities on brand-new inquiries.

Requirements
Hardware Setup (Non-Negotiable):
Modern laptop or desktop computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 GB+ preferred).
Dual-monitor setup (two screens required for live dialer and data tracking).
Reliable high-speed internet.
Technical Aptitude: High digital literacy—comfortable managing multiple browser tabs, navigating complex CRMs, and troubleshooting daily workflows.
Communication & Speed: Strong phone voice, persuasive demeanor, and prompt responsiveness to notifications.
Note: This role requires a full computer setup and cannot be performed from a phone or tablet.
