Role: Litigation Lawyer
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
Salary: $130,000–$250,000 per year

A well-established boutique litigation law firm in Toronto is seeking a motivated Civil Litigation Lawyer with at least 3 years of experience to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload involving civil, commercial, real estate, and estate litigation.
- Draft pleadings, legal correspondence, motions, and other court documents.
- Represent clients at motions, applications, and trials.
- Maintain regular client communication and ensure files progress efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with law clerks and colleagues while taking ownership of assigned matters.

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of civil litigation experience.
- Excellent legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing files independently.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Ability to work in person in Toronto.
