Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Mechanic to perform advanced maintenance and repairs on mid- to large-size construction equipment. This role requires expertise in diagnosing complex issues across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and keeping equipment in peak operating condition to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and repair complex issues on mid- to large-size construction equipment (e.g., excavators, backhoes, and boom-lifts). Inspect equipment for wear, damage, or safety issues and complete service reports.
• Perform advanced preventative maintenance, including hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
• Work autonomously to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment issues with minimal supervision.
• Operate & maintain company owned mobile service vehicle.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/trade training preferred.
• CDL preferred but not required.
• Proven experience as a heavy equipment mechanic with advanced knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, and diesel systems.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with mid- to large-size construction equipment.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on repairs and maintenance on large equipment.
