Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Job Overview:
As an Office Manager/Bookkeeper, you’ll keep daily office operations organized while maintaining accurate financial records. You’ll support clients and colleagues, and use our software and Microsoft Office to handle bookkeeping and administrative tasks. This role suits someone who communicates clearly, stays on top of details, and can shift smoothly between office coordination and data entry.

Duties:
Maintain bookkeeping records in our software, enter data, and update spreadsheets and other office files. Mange day to day operations.
Coordinate office management tasks, organize documents, and provide clerical and administrative support.
HR duties - Monitor timecards and submit payroll for processing. Full HR duties for approximately 25 employees.
Data Entry for residential and commercial sales
Process daily sales packets from sales floor

Qualifications:
Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable management, credit analysis, and account reconciliation procedures
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Minimum [2–5] years of experience in office administration and bookkeeping or accounting
