Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil to oversee roadway construction and asphalt paving projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities

Manage chip seal and HMA paving projects from award through closeout.

Oversee project schedules, budgets, forecasting, and field operations.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.

Review plans, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Monitor project costs, quality, safety, and profitability.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of project management experience in chip seal and HMA paving.

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of asphalt paving, roadway construction, and paving equipment.

Experience managing DOT or municipal roadway projects preferred.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites.
