First Quality Retail Services manufactures adult incontinence products. The Lewistown facility has approximately 750 employees, 26 production lines, and a 10-story automated ASRS warehouse with robotics.

Job Summary

Seeking a Safety/EHS Engineer with 4+ years of manufacturing safety experience to support safety, OSHA compliance, training, inspections, incident investigations, and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct safety inspections and identify hazards.

Investigate accidents and determine root causes.

Conduct employee safety training and orientations.

Maintain OSHA logs, training records, SDS, and incident documentation.

Support workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.

Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.

Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and HR.

Promote a strong zero-injury safety culture.

Qualifications

4+ years of manufacturing safety/EHS experience.

Strong OSHA knowledge; EPA knowledge preferred.

Experience with safety inspections and accident investigations.

Strong communication and influencing skills.

Self-directed, organized, personable, and team-oriented.

High-speed/automated manufacturing experience preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Safety/EHS preferred.
