# Sales Administrator – Residential Real Estate

**Job Type:** Full-time, On-site
**Salary:** $55,000 per year
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

A growing residential real estate and homebuilding organization is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support its sales team and coordinate with purchasers, legal representatives, and internal departments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage purchaser inquiries, appointments, construction updates, closing information, and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate purchaser records, agreements of purchase and sale (APS), amendments, deposits, upgrades, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with sales representatives, lawyers, mortgage representatives, and internal teams to obtain documents and approvals.
- Support sales reporting, file administration, purchaser communications, and customer-care activities.
- Address purchaser concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.

**Qualifications**
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration, customer care, residential construction, or pre-construction real estate.
- Familiarity with purchase agreements, new-home purchases, upgrades, and colour selections is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or customer-care software experience is an asset.
- Ability to work on-site and attend occasional evening or weekend purchaser appointments as required.
