### Senior Law Clerk – Wills & Estates / Corporate & Commercial

A growing and well-established law firm is seeking an experienced **Senior Law Clerk** to provide direct support to senior counsel, primarily across **Wills & Estates and Corporate/Commercial law**, with opportunities to assist with other legal matters as required.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support senior counsel with wills, estates, corporate, and commercial matters.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, correspondence, closing materials, and corporate records.
- Assist with incorporations, amendments, minute books, corporate filings, and estate administration.
- Conduct corporate and legal searches and assist with due diligence.
- Manage multiple files, deadlines, client communications, and administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Provide general legal and administrative support to the firm as required.

**Requirements:**
- **10+ years of relevant law clerk experience**, ideally in Wills & Estates and/or Corporate/Commercial law.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage files independently and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office.
- Professional, reliable, client-focused, and capable of exercising sound judgment.
