Simple Explanation of the Job
This is a senior-level mechanical construction Project Manager role.
You will be responsible for taking large HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical projects from planning → estimating → preconstruction → construction → completion.
You will manage the people, money, schedule, subcontractors, clients, and mechanical work on projects that can be worth $20M–$100M+.
