Applications Engineer

Job Description:

Applications Engineer’s role is to service and technical support to Sales, dealers and customers. He is responsible for all everyday machine applications, machine demonstrations, and machine training operations, and the fulfillment of the company’s sales and service goals.

Job Responsibilities

Applications:

Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing and new customers and dealers

Responsible for daily machine technical applications and service support to dealers and customers

Responsible for machine demonstrations and training for dealers and customers

Supporting Service Manager on machines, spare parts and technical matters

Supporting Product Manager on Applications and CNC controls technology of client’s Machines

Providing information on machines, dealers and customers to improve service standards

Supporting Regional Sales Managers and Event demonstrations on machine related matters for exhibitions, events, technical field sales support.

ERP System:

Following up on machine problems, improvement, service conducted, spare parts and related matters.

Follow up on recorded problems until they are resolved.

Additional Notes:

Responsible for any other duties as and when assigned

International travel required, U.S.A. Passport required
