We are currently seeking 1-2 attorneys for our Dallas or Plano offices. These are fully in-office positions located at: 8222 Douglas Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75225 or 5600 Tennyson Pkwy, Plano, Texas 75204. (Meaning 1-2 total, location dependent on candidate.

Ideally, we would like to see candidates with the following qualifications:

2–3 years of personal injury experience, including both pre-litigation and litigation

Solo deposition experience

Some trial exposure

Candidates must be licensed attorneys with at least 1 year of experience after bar admission.

At this time, we are not considering candidates with less than 1 year experience (ideally Personal Injury).

Our compensation structure is specifically designed to reward high performers. The attorneys who thrive here are often the ones who believe they are underpaid and underutilized at their current firms.

Salary is based on the background. The range for this position is $100,000.00-$130,000.00 (and it will be based on experience). In addition, we have a generous yearly bonus. I am including a snippet for our offer letter:

Incentive Bonus: Additionally, as an associate, you may qualify for a discretionary bonus of up to 10% of your salary if you secure a docket. Based on your progression, you could also participate in additional attorney fee-based bonuses.

We offer further incentives, including:

• A $2,000 reward for every jury verdict won that exceeds the last pre-trial offer, even during your first year.

• Annual performance incentives are tied to your contributions and growth.
