Associate Trial Attorney

Downtown San Diego Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with a minimum of 8 years of Mass Tort /Civil Litigation experience to work at a fast-paced Plaintiff’s Litigation Firm. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Mass Tort experience a must

Detail-oriented with excellent research, writing and communication skills

Ability to handle all aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion, depositions and trial preparation.

Trial experience is required.

Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with a team

Critical thinking skills

· Tenacious

· Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, embrace new technologies, meet deadlines, and provide excellent client service

· Strong management & leadership skills

· Familiarity with Adobe, Microsoft office, Lexis Advance, Abacus Law and other standard

law office software.

Educational and Work Requirements

Degree: JD

Work Experience: 10 years of civil litigation experience
