We are currently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Defense Attorney to join our team in Orange, CA 92868.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Attorney with a background in Workers’ Compensation. In addition to the requisite experience, the ideal candidate will be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines, and possess strong client service skills.

What You Will Do
Manage cases on appeal, prepare discovery, file motions and pleadings according to judicial procedures, and process settlements.
Communicate with assigned clients at least every 30 days.
Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, and other documentation.
Handle a full caseload from start to finish, make appearances, and ensure files continue moving toward resolution.
Our Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

At least 2 years of experience handling Workers’ Compensation cases.
Related insurance claims experience is a plus but not required.
Subrogation experience is a plus.
