Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Civil Engineer based in the Bowling Green Area. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing and managing civil engineering projects, planning construction activities, and conducting stormwater management analysis. The role involves collaborating with team members, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards, and delivering high-quality solutions to clients.

Qualifications
Must be a U.S. Citizen and currently living in or around the Bowling Green, Kentucky or Nashville, TN area.
Proficiency in Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering concepts
Strong capabilities in Planning and project management
Experience with Stormwater Management systems and environmental compliance
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and excellent problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Must speak English as a first language, no ESL's allowed.
Licensure as a Professional Engineer (PE) is a must.
Proficiency in relevant design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar)
Strong communication skills for client interaction and project documentation
Five (5) years of experience working in the U.S. on similar projects.
