CNC Programmer - Milling & Swiss Machining

Windsor Beach Technologies is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs for precision manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on machining experience, advanced programming capabilities, and the ability to improve cycle times, tooling efficiency, and production quality.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for milling and/or Swiss-type CNC machines.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling, cutting parameters, and machining strategies.
• Optimize existing programs to reduce cycle times and manufacturing costs.
• Support new product introduction (NPI), prototypes, and production transfers.
• Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor.
• Work with manufacturing engineers and machinists to improve fixtures and machining processes.
• Maintain accurate program documentation and revision control.
• Support first article inspections (FAI) and process validation.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of CNC programming experience preferred.
• Proficiency in CAM software such as Mastercam, Esprit, or equivalent.
• Experience with multi-axis milling and/or Swiss CNC machining.
• Strong understanding of cutting tools, feeds and speeds, and machining processes.
• Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience optimizing programs for production efficiency.
• Hands-on machining experience strongly preferred.
