Construction Bookkeeper/Accountant

This is a local position. We are looking for someone who can work in person and has strong experience with QuickBooks Online and construction accounting.

Responsibilities:
Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online.
Categorize bank and debit/credit card transactions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
Manage vendor and subcontractor payments.
Track expenses, invoices, deposits, and refunds.
Maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with job costing and project-related expenses.
Prepare monthly financial reports.
Coordinate with our CPA when needed.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
Construction industry accounting experience strongly required.
Experience with subcontractors, job costing, and vendor payments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Trustworthy, professional, and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Must be available to work locally and in person.
