-Interview employees, managers, and senior leadership to identify organizational challenges, operational gaps, and areas for improvement.
-Analyze employee turnover, productivity, workplace culture, management effectiveness, and workforce requirements.
-Identify root causes of organizational and operational problems and recommend practical corrective actions.
-Review recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, retention, performance management, and training processes.
-Recommend and implement improvements to organizational structures, reporting relationships, responsibilities, and accountability.
-Develop and implement KPI monitoring, workload management, KAD Connect reporting, and management follow-up processes.
-Strengthen employee performance management and management accountability.
-Work directly with founders and business owners as a trusted advisor and execution partner.
-Lead difficult conversations, challenge assumptions, and communicate findings and recommendations professionally.
-Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and ensure improvements deliver measurable results.
-Provide regular progress reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
-Prepare a final transformation report outlining achievements, outstanding challenges, and a 12-month improvement roadmap.
Expected Deliverables
-Independent HR and organizational diagnostic report.
-Employee workload, staffing, and management effectiveness assessment.
-Recruitment, retention, and performance improvement plan.
-Implementation of KPI, workload, and KAD Connect monitoring processes.
-Documented organizational and operational improvements.
-Weekly and monthly progress reports outlining completed activities, measurable results, and unresolved issues.
-Final six-month transformation report with future staffing, leadership, and organizational development recommendations.
Essential Requirements
-Substantial experience in HR leadership, business operations, organizational development, or business transformation.
-Proven experience conducting organizational assessments and successfully implementing improvements.
-Strong understanding of employee performance, workforce planning, recruitment, retention, and management effectiveness.
-Experience working directly with CEOs, founders, business owners, or senior leadership teams.
-Experience working with Canadian and Indian operations or teams is strongly preferred.
-Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
-Strong analytical, investigative, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
-Confidence in handling difficult conversations and challenging existing practices.
-Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
