Intellectual Property Litigation Associate - Computer Hardware & Software

CLIENT's teams continue to grow and are seeking mid-level to senior litigation associates with experience in computer hardware and software in our Washington, D.C. Office.

Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in relevant jurisdiction(s).
- Must have 4-6 years of solid experience in patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings before the PTAB.
- Must have at least 4 years solid litigation experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree required.
- Exceptional writing skills are a must.
- USPTO registration number preferred.

The base pay to be offered will vary and depend on skills and qualifications, experience, location and will also take into account internal equity. A full range of medical, financial and/or other benefits dependent on the position will also be offered.
