A growing Calgary law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer with an established client base or book of business to join its practice on a flexible, negotiable fee-split arrangement.

This opportunity is designed for lawyers who want to continue serving their existing clients while benefiting from professional infrastructure, administrative support, and a collaborative legal environment. The successful candidate will have autonomy in managing their practice while having the resources needed to grow their business.
