Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join our team in our Albany, NY office.

Candidates must be licensed to practice law in New York and have 2–5 years of experience. They should possess strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, along with energy and enthusiasm. Candidates must be able to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Drafting pleadings and discovery documents

Conducting legal research

Attending depositions and conferences

Preparing for trials and conducting trials
