A growing construction company specializing in municipal infrastructure projects across Southern Ontario is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee an active project in Gananoque.
The successful candidate will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate civil, mechanical, and electrical trades, maintain project schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to specifications. This role will also serve as a key point of contact for owners, consultants, engineers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee construction activities from project start through completion
• Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and site personnel
• Review drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documentation
• Monitor safety, quality, productivity, and project progress
• Maintain daily reports, site logs, planning tools, and commissioning documentation
• Support project managers with planning and execution

Requirements:
• 3–5+ years of municipal infrastructure construction experience
• Strong heavy civil, concrete, and water/wastewater construction experience
• Experience with a general or civil contractor preferred
• Strong blueprint and specification interpretation skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
• First Aid, WHMIS, and Working at Heights certifications are preferred

Licence/Certification:
• First Aid Certification (preferred)
• WHMIS Certification (preferred)
• Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)
