Wealth Service Advisor

THE ROLE

We're looking for a Wealth Service Advisor to join our client-facing team. This is a great fit for someone in the middle of their advisory career who wants real client exposure and a clear runway toward more independent advisory responsibility over time.

You'll work closely with our senior advisors to support client relationships day to day, then gradually take on more direct meeting time and planning work as you build experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Support senior advisors in preparing for and following up on client meetings
Help maintain and update client financial plans, account documentation, and CRM records
Field client questions and service requests, escalating where needed
Assist with onboarding new clients: paperwork, account setup, initial data gathering
Participate in client meetings, with increasing ownership as you develop
Work toward CFP® coursework/certification (support provided) if not already obtained
Help track and maintain Prudent Process documentation for assigned client tiers
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3–7 years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or a related client-service role
Strong communication skills and genuine comfort talking with clients about money
Detail-oriented and organized
Series 7 and 66 (or willingness to obtain), or working toward CFP®, is a plus
A collaborative mindset

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
