Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Swartz Creek, MI, for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, interpreting technical drawings, setting up and calibrating CNC machines, and overseeing machining and milling operations. This role will ensure precision and quality in manufacturing custom millwork components by working closely with project teams and adhering to production timelines and specifications.
Qualifications
Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming of complex machinery
Experience with Technical Drawing and the ability to interpret and apply design specifications accurately
Strong knowledge of Machining and Milling processes, including setup, calibration, and operation of CNC machines
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in custom millwork or woodworking is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training or certifications in CNC programming/manufacturing are beneficial
