Personal Lines Account Manager

Position Summary
Client is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service an existing book of business while supporting new and renewal accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong personal lines insurance knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and service an existing book of Personal Lines accounts.
• Provide customer support, education, and coverage recommendations.
• Obtain quotes for new and renewal business.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities.
• Issue binders and process endorsements.
• Assist with claims and billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, renewals, and service requests.

Qualifications
• Experience in Personal Lines insurance/account management.
• Knowledge of quoting, renewals, endorsements, claims, and billing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Insurance license preferred/required based on applicable state requirements.
