Commercial Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, managing their accounts proactively.
Process policy renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews and analyses to ensure clients have appropriate protection.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their evolving business needs.
Collaborate with producers to market and place new commercial insurance business.
Stay current with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial insurance middle market account management.
Current California Property & Casualty License.
Proficiency in agency management systems (AMS 360 preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies, endorsements, and coverage analysis.
Excelent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
