NOW HIRING: Physical Therapist – Eliot, Maine
Student loan reimbursement + sign-on bonus included!
We are growing, and we’re looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our Eliot clinic. At our clinic, we treat one patient at a time for the full session. No juggling multiple patients. No rushing through care. You have the time and space to do your job the right way, build real relationships, and focus on meaningful outcomes without staying late every night trying to catch up on documentation.
Our approach is rooted in hands-on manual therapy and functional movement because we believe physical therapy should help people truly recover, not just provide short-term relief. Our clinics are bright, open, and thoughtfully designed so both patients and therapists feel comfortable. It’s not a crowded gym environment. It’s a place where you can focus, connect, and actually enjoy your workday.
We’ve been voted Best of the 207 Gold for Best Physical Therapy Practice four years in a row, and that doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from the way our team shows up for each other and for our patients every single day.
We’re looking for someone who genuinely cares about their patients, works well within a team, and wants to grow without burning out. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced therapist, what matters most is that you take pride in your work and want to be part of something that’s doing things differently.
We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Physical Therapist – Orthopedic & Pelvic Health
Reform Physical Therapy – South Portland, Maine
Full-time | Sign-on bonus | Student loan reimbursement | No nights or weekends
We are growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate, motivated Physical Therapist to join our South Portland clinic.
This role is a great fit for an experienced pelvic health therapist or an Orthopedic Physical Therapist who is interested in learning and expanding their skills in pelvic floor rehabilitation. New graduates with a strong interest in Orthopedic and pelvic health care are also encouraged to apply.
At our clinic, we believe great care starts with giving therapists the time and support they need to do their best work. Your schedule is built around quality, not quantity. You’ll work with one patient at a time and have the full session to provide personalized, evidence-based treatment. You will never be expected to bounce between multiple patients at once.
That means better care, better outcomes, and a more manageable workday.
You’ll have the opportunity to treat a diverse patient population with a mix of orthopedic and pelvic health conditions, including:
Pelvic pain
Pregnancy and postpartum recovery
Urinary concerns and incontinence
Orthopedic injuries
Post-surgical rehabilitation
Vestibular and balance conditions
Mobility limitations
Strength, flexibility, and coordination concerns
Chronic pain and movement limitations
Our South Portland clinic is one of Reform’s newer locations and continues to grow. The clinic offers a welcoming, modern environment with functional treatment spaces, private treatment areas, and a supportive team that values collaboration.
Why Join Us?
At our clinic, you are not just an employee. You are an important part of the team.
We take pride in creating a relaxed, supportive workplace where your time is respected, your opinions are heard, and your professional growth is encouraged. We work hard, have fun, and remain focused on providing exceptional patient care.
Reform Physical Therapy has been voted Best of the 207 Gold for Best Physical Therapy Practice four years in a row. That recognition reflects the consistency, care, and culture our team brings to each clinic every day.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
Identify and address each patient’s goals, needs, and functional limitations
Provide personalized, evidence-based treatments and proven interventions
Help patients improve strength, flexibility, mobility, balance, and coordination
Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process
Support patients seeking conservative alternatives to medication or surgery
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Collaborate with other therapists, providers, and healthcare professionals
Promote healthy movement habits and long-term wellness
Contribute to a positive, team-focused clinic environment
Qualifications
Graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Current Maine Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one
Current CPR certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
