Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Judgment Enforcement Attorney with at least 5 years of experience enforcing judgments in New York and New Jersey. The attorney will manage post-judgment enforcement matters, pursue recovery of assets, and handle related legal proceedings.

Key Responsibilities
- Enforce and domesticate judgments in New York and New Jersey.
- Prepare discovery demands, property executions, and restraining notices.
- Draft and file judgment enforcement motions, including motions to compel and turnover.
- Conduct post-judgment discovery to identify assets and support recovery efforts.
- Handle court appearances in New York and New Jersey as required.

Qualifications
-At least 5 years of experience in judgment enforcement in New York and New Jersey.
- Active admission to the New York Bar
- Hands-on experience with judgment domestication, post-judgment discovery, property executions, restraining notices, and enforcement motions.
- Strong legal research, drafting, and case management skills.

Work Arrangement
This is a remote/hybrid position with court appearances in New York and New Jersey as needed.
